• • Commercial Manager at Hotel Alameda Grand Aguascalientes:

    • In this position, I strategically lead the commercial operations of the Hotel Alameda Grand Aguscalientes. My focus is on maximizing occupancy, optimizing revenue, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

    • We coordinate events, promotions and strategic alliances to promote the growth of the hotel. Additionally, I supervise the sales and marketing team, ensuring that our strategies are aligned with global objectives.​

Additionally, as an advisor to various hotels in the Bajío region, I share my knowledge and strategic vision with other professionals in the sector. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of the hotel industry in the area.

Regarding his work experience, Ismael has worked as Director of Special Projects in the company JUMAZ S.A. of C.V. for 7 years, where he led, planned, launched and executed a wide range of initiatives aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Additionally, he has been a member of Canirac GTO since 2022 and has worked as a business advisor since 2017.

He studied Computer Engineering at UNAM - Faculty of Engineering from 2012 to 2016. I have also taken several courses and diplomas in areas such as administration and human capital management, web development and advertising campaigns, typing, professional photography and editing, business management, marketing digital, Adobe Creative Cloud graphic design, and development (hardware), assembly and assembly of computer equipment.

Software-wise, he has experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Corel Draw, Office Microsoft 365, Apple iOS-Mac, Type Edit Gravotech, Rhinoceros 3D, Meta, and Microsoft Windows.
